The 2015 Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé Riesling offers an intense and concentrated nose of lemon peels and some tropical fruit aromas. Full-bodied, complex and with fine tannins, this is a large yet well-structured Riesling with a long and complex, pretty salty and structured finish.

The 2015 Gewurztraminer is clear, fresh, precise and ripe on the nose, with stony and herbal but also exotic fruit aromas. Round, dense and elegant on the palate, this is a medium-sweet and well-structured Gewurz with fine tannins, good acidity and a good grip in the finish. It's pretty salty in the aftertaste. The wine is sourced from different plots around the village of Ribeauvillé.

The citrus-colored 2015 Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives is based on 20-25% of a slowly developing botrytis and opens with a clear, intense and fresh bouquet, with smoky speck and lime peel aromas. Full-bodied, round and sweet on the palate, but also piquant and salty, this is a well-structured Gewurz that was bottled with 12.5% alcohol and 90 grams of residual sugar. The wine has grip, tension and freshness, with a long finish. It should be great with food-in eight or ten years.
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Pinot Noir Rouge de Ribeauvillé - rating : 86 - Drink Date : 2018-2022
The 2015 Pinot Noir Rouge de Ribeauvillé was harvested by hand in the early morning, fermented with natural yeasts for about ten days before the pressing, and aged for ten months in a wooden vat. This Pinot opens with a very fruity cherry aroma on the nose. Silky, round and fruity on the palate, this is a medium-bodied, firm, fresh, elegant and nicely tart, crisp Pinot Noir with a sour cherry aroma in the finish. It is well concentrated and aromatic, and even shows floral aromas. Drink it young.
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Pinot Noir Rouge comme Renard - rating : 90 - Drink Date : 2018-2030
Entirely sourced in a .2-hectare plot on the flatter and windier top of the marly Kirchberg Grand Cru, which was planted by Paul's grandfather and yields just 30 hectoliters per hectare, the 2015 Pinot Noir Rouge comme Renard was fermented with 8% whole bunches, but extracted very gently by manual punch-downs. Aged for ten months in Burgundian barrels, the wine opens with an intense and spicy yet precise, fresh and pure dark cherry aroma with some flinty flavors. The wine is full-bodied, dense and fresh on the palate, with a firm tannin structure and an excellent freshness and spicy flavors. This is serious red wine with great finesse, grip and a lingering salinity. This is a stunning success from the 2015 vintage thanks to the excellent Pinot terroir that is windy and fresh during the night, thanks to the wind coming down from the Vosges through the Strengbach valley.

From very old, low-yielding vines in the late-ripening Weinbaum lieu-dit, the 2015 Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes opens with a very clear and slightly mineral bouquet with riper pear aromas. This Sylvaner is round, fresh and pure, with remarkable precision, finesse and salinity on the palate. This is a full-bodied, intense and persistent Sylvaner with good grip and a long, complex finish. This is excellent with food.
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Riesling - rating : 87 - Drink Date : 2018-2025
The 2015 Riesling is sourced from warmer, earlier-ripening but also very cold, north-exposed plots and fermented in stainless steel and large oak vats. It's clear and fresh as well as spicy on the nose. On the palate, this is a round and mouth-filling, elegant Riesling with a good mineral grip and freshness that gives length and a straighter character to the wine. Still reductive, it will benefit from further bottle aging.

From gneiss soils in Ribeauvillé (which is very rare here), and a very steep vineyard, the 2015 Hagel Riesling opens clear, fresh and fine on the nose where refreshing lemon flavors are displayed. On the palate, this is a crystalline and highly delicate Riesling with a very fine and salty acidity, and a dry yet aromatic finish. The vines are just 12 years old here, but there is already gorgeous complexity and grip. This is excellent!
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Riesling Equinoxe - rating : 89+ - Drink Date : 2020-2025
The 2015 Riesling Equinoxe is from a small parcel in the lower part of the grand cru Osterberg, and two other parcels close to the grand cru Kirchberg. The wine opens with an intense and almost exotic fruit on the nose, which also delivers some very nice mineral flavors. On the palate, this is a dense and full-bodied Riesling with good mineral tension and freshness. Clearly dominated by its marly terroir and fresh exposition, this is a long and pretty complex, well-structured Riesling with a stimulating purity in the mouthwatering finish. This is an age-worthy Riesling at a very attractive price. There were 2,500 bottles produced, which are sold completely in Alsace.
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Pinot Blanc Auxerrois - rating : 86 - Drink Date : 2018-2024
Based 90% on Auxerroirs and 10% Pinot Blanc, the 2015 Pinot Blanc Auxerrois offers a ripe and fruity nose that leads to a round and juicy/fleshy, mouth-filling palate, with fine tannin grip in the aromatic finish. This is a medium to full-bodied, very pleasant wine for early consumption.
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Pinot Gris : rating : 87 - Drink Date : 2017-2020
The 2015 Pinot Gris is from a warm terroir on deep and clayey soil between Ribeauvillé and Hunawihr. It opens with a clear, intense and aromatic bouquet of ripe pears and apricots, along with some earthy flavors. Full-bodied, round and well structured on the palate, this is a an intense and aromatic Pinot Gris with seven grams of residual sugar and really fine tannins form the warm vintage. It drinks lovely today and there is no need to keep it for years.
- 2015 Henry Fuchs Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé Pinot Gris - rating : 91 - Drink Date : 2021-2027
Coming from the top, windier, flatter and later-ripening part of the grand cru and fermented in small oak barrels, the 2015 Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé Pinot Gris opens with an oaky/toasty speck flavor of small, used Burgundy barrels (one, four and five years old) and yeasty flavors (aged on the fine lees until August). Full-bodied, intense and rich, with Cognac flavors and a nice juiciness, finesse and elegance, this is a highly interesting, slightly bitter and well-structured wine. There's a long and salty finish.
